Even though she's cosplaying as a porn performer herself, I'm guessing that she's hoping she won't be noticed because she's not in the same circles as actual porn performers (despite being called out for being fake by porn performers).

And, to be frank, with the way that streamers and their audiences have handled illegal or potentially litigious acts in the past (stream and talk about it for views instead of going to the cops unless they risk losing sponsors), and just the way that actual scamming is handled in porn spaces, not many people are looking to involve the law until either a lot of money is on the table or until things get messy enough.
