Literally just brought this up in a separate thread and referred to this thread indirectly as being where this subject has come up the most - Onlyfans takes a very hands-off policy on what "creators" upload unless the "creator"/content is breaking some kind of law. It's in their terms and conditions that the "creator" assumes the responsibility for whatever qualms a customer may have over the content. There's been past chatter about people wanting to go for it and sue her properly, but that requires time, money and public powerleveling to a degree that most aren't interested in compromising any of those three for the higher ideal of holding Kaitlyn accountable for her actions.
