Even Lenny Bruce got arrested for impersonating a priest back in the day - if it's an official/legitimate profession that requires some kind of licensure or registration to operate in that capacity, impersonating those individuals without a valid license to operate is considered a crime in most cases.

Why? Competition is good. Twitch has been a clown-show for years, Kick is just catching up. They could have a decent site if they hired a new content moderation team, and stole some ideas from Korean streaming sites. Split the site into Kick.com for the app, and 18.Kick/Kick18 or some shit, and they'd be able to hit two markets at once, but they're intent on trying for the widest appeal possible.

And, Kick's ultimate downfall will be the same as all the gaming companies that tried to kill WoW... Trying to kill Twitch by doing all the same shit Twitch is doing, and claiming it's better, but everyone can see they're the same exact thing with a different skin. Kick will get bought out by Twitch or some other shit-tier streaming site, and it will cost pennies because of the damage Kick did to their own brand.

I remember she leased that Rubicon, so most likely her lease expired and she likely leased this one now (which looks ugly to me), she can write off the lease payments as a business expense. I saw she streamed like 5 hours on Twitch before she switched to Kick and it looked like she had the highest view count she has had in awhile, I had checked Twitch Tracker a few days ago and seen that her sub count was getting close to falling under 1k, so expect her to start streaming more on Twitch again.

Even XQC, Amo and other big streamers that jumped to Kick don't really believe Kick will kill off Twitch, they did it for the possibility of a big payday. It appears that the money Kick will pay them is tied to how many hours they stream among other things. If Kick had paid them all that money up front they wouldn't need to continue streaming on Twitch. If any one of them thought Kick was going to kill off Twitch they would have jumped with both feet and left Twitch altogether. No organization, company or platform is perfect nor does it have to be to succeed. Kick will only overtake Twitch by being something different, giving streamers a higher share of the subs isn't being different enough.

Thank you! When Mixer paid Shroud and Ninja all that money they were exclusive to Mixer and didn't stream on Twitch. Everyone that signed a Kick deal is still streaming on Twitch outside of the people who are permabanned on Twitch like Adin Ross, Bruce, etc.

What does that tell you? It tells you those Kick deals were not even close the numbers Kick claimed and were mostly equity.

Meanwhile one of Kick's owners Trainwrecks is now back streaming on Twitch. That should tell you everything you know about Kick.
