Dude, a Kick staff member clipped a nip-slip from a streamer, then banned her. She couldn't access her account to remove the clip, and staff didn't remove it for a while. Two separate occasions this week have had people broadcasting porn, who got banned quickly, but staff left the porn clips up for hours. Last week, a Just Chatting streamer broadcast a private discord call where a girl took off her bottoms, and it was clipped, but the VOD and clip were left on his channel after being reported to staff by multiple people, including the girl who was broadcast. Heelmike had a gun pulled on him on stream a week ago, or something.

I saw a couple of her chatters bring up his name when she asked if she missed any drama but I didn't stay on long enough to see if she addressed it later. I also was getting mixed answers if Kick signed him or not

I have been wondering the same thing, why in the world would Kick allow this. They are leaving themselves open to a potential law suit.
Wait...she's actually trying to counsel streamers on emotional and mental wellness, for free? That is highly unethical, when she's clearly someone who needs therapy, healing, and must be certified in the field.
I'm adding this to my list of crimes Kaitlyn's committed at some point. Most content involving some kind of role-playing involving a legitimate profession requires a disclaimer that the person involved in the role-play isn't actually a trained/licensed/qualified individual and that it's all make-believe. The same logic applies here even if she somehow means well or is trying a new scam out.

When she first started doing it I remember she did mention she's not a licensed therapist or whatever but I don't know if she says it every time. Besides, from the several caller "issues" I've heard, most of them are trolling her with dick problems and dropping N bombs. Or someone would troll her and call in as someone named "Nick" and ask for help on how he can manage his anger issues. She'd probably disconnect it quick though Therapy sessions might be over after he sees this
Even her Fleshlight is a knock off... kinda suits her when you think about it.
Legally she is supposed say every time that she isnt a licensed professional and people do need to seek help from one and that what she is doing is for entertainment purposes. Having said disclaimer tickertape across her stream or have it auto post in chat every so often would be enough to cover her ass. The fact she may not be doing this could land her into serious legal trouble.
And if she has any "therapy" VOD streams left behind without these disclaimers, said streams could be semi-permanent evidence used against her where she failed to protect her ass properly/fully. Hopefully we have those archived somewhere.
It took Kick several weeks before they even had the mature content tag on her channel. The site owners are dumbshits. Kick or Keep, Smash or Pass, etc. content is also banned by the App Stores, yet they haven't moderated any of those streams. Content that is designed to judge people solely by how their appearance is mentioned right in the guidelines they agreed to. Also, allowing minors to appear on streams without consent (Omegle/Monkey), and promotion of pornography when they allow Thedandangler to call herself a pornstar and have her list of "partners" on screen with !OF/Onlyfans all over the place. That's without even addressing the gambling/Stake.
Because unless she specifically puts out the disclaimer i mentioned in my post, it actually is a crime. If you are not a medical professional you are not allowed to provide medical advice, that includes anything regarding mental health/counseling.
