i used to have a bunch of custom from her when she was "Li/Di Foxxx" but since she "became Mia Maiku" "she" message me what was my name again because "she lost" all the message history... right the same "girl" who can recognize me on her vip account when i subscribed to her VIP suddenly forgot my name lol . I did not order anymore since , too bad she was fun

I don't follow any famous porn stars, just some famous erotic models. I don't know how it works, but shouldn't famous porn stars be the first to be able to hire an agency? For these reasons:
A) They can afford it, thanks to the money they earn from porn and all the stuff I imagine they sell on OF
B) Being famous pornstars they should have many followers and be flooded with messages, which I think is difficult to respond to constantly
Not trying to be a dick, I just don't know how it works, so I was curious about it.
contrary to the high life and bragging about how much they make most porn stars are like regular people barely getting by. so if most of them don't have a money to buy the roof they're living under what makes you think they can afford an assistant? one of them was just bitching about how much they pay for health insurance the other day. does this sound like someone who is doing well financially?

I don't think they live under a bridge.
the ones he mentioned are the top earners not directly because of porn but because of entrepreneurship.
My point was not where they earn their money from, but the fact that, being so famous and having lots of fans, and lots of message to read, I think, they could easily hire an agency, because maybe they can afford that. So I was curios if it's the real pornstar you are chatting with? Just that.
and my point is if you actually thought about it beyond your premise you'd know the answer already.
Its worth looking into a refund but first, you should try to reach out to the "model"/agency, and air your complaint and see if they will correct it. OF support will ask you to do that anyway, and if they dont do anything after a certain number of days, OF sometimes tries to get in contact with them. Sometimes it results in the content you asked for or some kind of resolution, sometimes it doesnt. Be aware if it was custom content, usually nothing happens because that is buyer beware. Also, be prepared for it to take a couple weeks for anything to happen. As suggested, screenshot everything in case they try to wipe out the messages, even though OF can technically go back and look through, dont always count on it. It gets tricky when they send any content even if it wasnt what was asked for because they still sent something, and it does depend on who you actually get to help. If you havent had any or many disputes, and a proven buying history, this works in your favor but its still not a guarantee of any kind.
And where did you ask for a refund? From the "model" or from OF? I dont know if models can do a refund without taking some of the same steps. Either way they make it difficult for a reason, but it is still better to try if its fairly obvious, just be patient and dont be overly rude, that is sure to get nowhere. Probably pointless to say but also dont issue a chargeback since that is a great way to get your account instantly banned for good. Not that you were considering it. Its just frustrating that scams are taking over.
it's shitty that they give u an instaban for resorting to a charge back but yes make it very clear to them that you didn't get what u paid for w esp w the screenshots and of will grudgingly refund you.
it is shitty, i agree. but the reasoning is sound. anywhere that gets a bunch of chargebacks gets investigated and can be shut down or put a big dampener on business. its really meant for blatant fraud or not receiving an actual product, and with any sex-work site, that ice is even more thin and why OF has to have a harsh policy in place. thats why most of the time if anyone has a pretty legitimate complaint, they will try to work it out and/or issue a refund because its a lot easier to simply give back the money and be out nothing instead of dinging their transaction record. and the most that happens is youre blocked by the model, but they are out the money, but your account is intact and likely to spend more. its just most people wont bother to complain and put in the effort, again if its legit. the thing is its not a free pass because if someone is doing this constantly, OF will most likely ban them or tell them no, and then that is on the person to file a chargeback and still get banned. its about being reasonable on this end and also know when anyone has been had by a scam that needs to be exposed.
In all honesty they should just add the "fraudulent content" as an option in the report button, right now you have to go to support page and open a ticket.
