Discussion Agencies are ruining OF for me...

I agree with the sentiments of most of the guys here. There have a few girls that I had been since I started using OF who I had to recently cut off because it became obvious that they were using agencies. Or at least it felt that way. The signs were there: The PPVs spamming with no previews but absurd prices, the cringy "Daddy talk" and the fact that these "girls" are ALWAYS "in character" with the dirty sex talk. If you see the DMs and their feed posts, you know what I mean.
Another thing about these girls is when I first started following them (around the start of the pandemic), they still posted most content on the feed AND the prices were reasonable. For me, that was the last time it felt like the girls were TRULY running their own pages. Now I don't know happened, but everything is now is "DM me for this or send me money and I'll DM you that." And don't even get me started on the constant pestering to chat. It's been a huge turn-off and has ruined A LOT of girls and even OF as a whole for me.

Just a few obvious accounts using the same service. I think Evelyn quit a while back after avn, but the others are still at it. Hahaha Just laughable at this point.
Just want to also point out that this dude is probably 1 of the many reasons a lot of girls are turning to agencies.
The constant messaging when not being replied too, telling her he is lonely trying to make her feel bad or feel pity, being super demanding. I am against agencies but I hope people can also understand why a lot of girls go to them. Imagine having to cater to people like this all the time. On top of all your other subs.

He's also showing how these girls using agencies are ripping people off with ridiculous prices, sexting where they double and triple the prices for every video after you already paid just to start it, and quite honestly, insulting us by referring to us as "time wasters" if we don't want to pay those crazy prices.
Honestly, I feel like before there were all these agencies involved, putting aside the celebrity and porn star pages, most of your amateur creators charged relatively low prices for PPVs on their free pages, or put everything free on the wall on their paid pages, making it well worth the money, and increasing the likelihood of renewing and/or purchasing more. Sure, you'd get a few who would charge ridiculous prices, but it was much rarer. The agencies have definitely caused the prices to go up, and I'd argue that this is another way you can tell if a creator is using an agency, if the once reasonable prices suddenly double or triple overnight, or they suddenly put up a tip menu with much higher prices than they had before.

If a model uses an agency, I feel that should be clearly notated on their profile. "Model uses 3rd party agencies to respond to messages and for sales" or something to that effect. If the subscriber is only there for content and not a "personal connection", then they probably won't care. The fact that models don't clearly articulate they use agencies, to me at least, is a clear indicator they are aware of the fraud they are committing.
You know OF is fucked when you send a model a message for a custom, she doesn't reply and you kind of respect it. It means she runs her own account. Agencies have fucked OF up so badly lol.
I deleted mine. I hope I never go back.
