Makes you really appreciate the mods we have here - they look after the contributors here

- my inbox is flooded with payshare scammers and beggars.
- I created a content thread that got popular over there and it only took 36 hours until it was filled with "like-farming" spam and "gimme gimme" request spam.
- in every content thread the first 90% of pages is full of dead links (nearly always that were link leeched from TB)

But being fair to the small number of mods at - there's just too much crap to try to fix, and they do have similar rules to SC here.
It's just too much work to try to enforce it.

Oh ffs. I love that the site is coming back from the dead every time, but fml every time it gets prohibitively harder and harder to use.

First, we had emotes so we could give a good job to cool people and could simply follow whoever we wanted.
Then they locked down following beyond posting and farming stupid reactions.
Now you can't even post to farm the reactions you need to be able to post in the first place.

Like, what is expected of people here? We're all here to bust a nut and share content for others to bust a nut to. Do you want me to communicate with others while I'm doing it? Why? Like, what is even there to say?

I seriously never understand how restricting postings in any way, shape or form is supposed to "bring a community together". It always, always, ALWAYS ostracizes and pushes away people. Unless you're a cult.

You can post in every single other category other than OF and once you get 20 reaction score you can post in the OF section. Also literally all the rules are the same as the old site so I'm not sure what you're even on about right now.

I almost thought TB was gone for good, I'm so glad to have it back atleast in spirit form. As has been mentioned before it's so much more orderly over here then others. On the other hand it is nice to have found new backup forums along the way in TB's demise.
