She's always had those dick sucking lips and that lipstick is showing them off nicely. As far I can remember the only things she's had done to her lips was get them tattooed, the point of which escapes me.
It makes them look fuller, so they look like the DSLs you think she has lol.

She tattooed her lips? Why? lol. I know she did or was going to tattoo her eyebrows becuae of some surgery, but why lips? That just sound so freaking basic and ghetto lol.
She got them done the last time she got her brow tattooed, her reason at the time was because her makeup artist friend wanted to try it and she said yes. I imagine it's so they don't have to bother with lipstick all the time
