If you look at a lot of porn for women - they put a lot of effort into lighting and aesthetics. It seems to be a LOT more important for women than men. My guess is that at this stage in her career Xev is trying to create movies that SHE finds erotic, rather than what her audience (men, not women) want. Or she's at least trying to balance both - albeit unsuccessfully.
The gulf between Xevs taste and her audiences taste seems to be widening. But speaking as someone that gets her content online for FREE, my thinking is - she doesn't owe me anything.
If she wants to explore a new approach to her content, I guess - so be it. It was fun while it lasted!
