First of all, several of those documents are literally court sealed and not for public release, and he still shares them. They all include full names and other non-public details of (partnered) streamers who not only didn't give permission, but in some cases request him to stop and he doesn't. It seems weird to me but it shows that Twitch doesn't care about that kind of thing short of posting actual addresses
How would he have access to court documents not for public release? He is just a nobody like me or you. He isn't a journalist or someone the court would give access to sealed documents. It just seems these are all public records and he just does the leg work.
He has a contact in the court system he pays to get the docs on the dl, occasionally some of them are the sealed ones. Anyways there's plenty of info that's "public" but that's a different thing than if someone wants it posted on their platform. My point is that there's no way twitch would leave this guy up if they cared about that anymore

The guy he pays isnt no court contact, its a regular guy who files the request on his behalf and follows them up regularly. And not a single sealed docs have been leaked, the last docs he shown were the case sealed notice

Dude, he got docs that were sealed and now released to the public that EVERYONE has access to. Why the fuck would some random nobody have access to sealed documents and then somehow get to release them which would be AGAINST THE LAW? Do you know what "sealed" documents even mean? Do you even know how the legal system works? A sealed document means a document that will not be accessible to the public but will be accessible to court staff with only the highest security level clearance. It is not meant for the public or to be leaked.
