Your mortgage is 3x your earnings. You also need to show you consistently earn that money. Once she goes self employed she will need to show 2 years of accounts to buy a house. you obviously don’t realise how expensive it is to live in London if you think she’ll be able to buy a house like that.
This does not apply if she plan on buying it cash without a mortgage. With 1200 likes, she probably has 10-20k followers on OF, which is 240-480k without tips
