Yet another example of the deplorable tactics these OF agencies employ to milk fans for all they can. Good for you for going through the hassle of getting refunds.

I'm well and truly done with OnlyFans. At the start of 2022, I was subbed to 20+ models, and now at the start of 2023, I'm subbed to just one, and I won't be renewing that one either.

Hopefully OF will soon be replaced by a site that respects its paying customers and prevents its creators from scamming.

Yeah, OF has really started to suck now that it so incredibly commercialized. It's such a shame that you now have these management agencies that run absolutely everything and are using every trick in the book to sell more content.

OF would really need to clamp down on that in order for the site to be useful again. I believe they should make it strictly forbidden to have an account manager (unless you make it explicitly clear that you do), and they should incorporate in their TOS that all PPVs must have a clear description of the content that leaves no room for misinterpretations, together with a preview.

Either way, good on you for leaving the platform. It's fun to see hot girls do sexy things, but realistically, the time, money and energy spent on it is better utilized elsewhere.

Probably just more of her OF Management’s shameless behaviour. It has been commonplace these last months with captions about how she’s getting fucked, making sex tapes, sucking dick etc., and it has always been a lie. This is probably the same thing, but yes, I agree - this is taking it further than they ever have.

I’m not particularly in the mood to unlock the three messages she sent for this (at $69 each) and then pursue a refund, but if someone else is, you needn’t fear losing your money. If the captions are fake (which they are), you will 100% get a refund, as she has not only heavily implied in the PPV captions that they are hardcore sex tapes, but also on her story and in the messages before. There is no way it wouldn’t be classified as misleading, which means that you will get a refund. It might take a bit of effort, but you’ll get there in the end.

that have been violated. (Clauses 9.b.v.1 and 9.b.v.3 of the 'TERMS OF USE FOR CREATORS' are usually the ones you want, depending on your use case.)

After you submit your ticket, you will likely get a reply from OF support that says "we don't give refunds", but this is bullshit. Reply to the ticket and re-state your case, and don't take no for an answer. If you can demonstrate that the creator violated the OF terms of service, you will get a refund.
