This is absolutely possible. I used to do a lot of editing in a previous life, and know a thing or 2 about AI. Everything about this "girl" is fake. Silicone boobs, deepfake body renders, some of her "vids" are literally a mix of 2 vids where you can clearly see a different background and "unnatural" movement if you pay good enough attention. Coloring in most pics is horrendous, facial expressions (if any) clearly faked or altered.
Dude, porn is always the first industry affected by technology. Most of the first DeepFakes on the old /r/deepfake subreddit were nsfw and with VR the porn industry is also the only one pushing the technology to its highest levels (releasing 8K/60FPS VR180 color-passthrough scenes).
Most people on OnlyFans don't use their real name, and aggressive filtering and photoshop is commonplace. Verifying your identity just means some real-life person is designated to be responsible for the account, not that the name and face on your ID have to match the pictures.
