I think she peaked when the band-aid story got subbed and like you said she kinda lost her place within hololive as more gens came out. The only thing matsuri has going for her is that she's a gamer on apex and her mom. For me at least.

Mittiii knew the risks when they did it in the first place. He was even the one who suggested it.
