I don't know about Mandy being one of best NXT Women's Champ i just think they threw the belt on her way too fast IMO. Toxic group was being form when HHH was still in NXT and i don't think that was his plan to put the belt on her.
It was his idea for her to go to NXT, also if I'm not mistaken he along with others said she should of won tough enough.

He'd never put a title on her at all. You only need to look at the sort of people he put titles on over the years to know that. It was very good that he was gone.
