I know it's ultimately her decision and all that, but there just seems to be an instinctive and inherent disappointment that always follows the words, "breast reduction."

I prefer C or smaller most of the time, but the scarring from reduction surgery would make Frankenstein's monster blush.

It's funny. I had this conversation a few days ago on another thread, but mine would be Belle Delphine. It's not so much because of any physical changes, but she lost something when she crossed over to harder content.
