If the higher ups at these major studios know that plastic = more money, they will for sure hire those "normal" looking girls far less, or give them weaker contracts. When an 18/19 year old enters the scene, they probably get booked plenty being the new face on the block. When bookings dry up, they need to alter their looks, or 'upgrade' them.
