The text on her page. If it's temporary, then it says the channel is 'temporarily unavailable'. If it's permanent, it says 'currently unavailable' (although the streamer is allowed to appeal of course whichever one it is).
Her streams were starting to get a bit more interesting again too (not that much more interesting, but outfits were a bit better and she was dancing more in her recent streams).
That's good - I've seen this happen with a few Koreans recently though (where a staff member has told them they made a mistake). I reckon Twitch are doing some sort of experiment with auto banning at the moment, even though on their own website they say bans are only initiated manually.
