I'm able to access mine from not-China. Unfortunately with Chinese services it's really fucking finicky to register. Try logging in through the other supported logins if you have them. It can take weeks of checking daily to be allowed to register and sometimes your account is just disappeared. Very frustrating.
Just checked, no, Facebook is the only 3rd party login and that appears to be not working. I would suggest using phone number to register since email register is stuck too. Also try using VPN to Hong Kong / Taiwan / Japan to greatly improve your loading time on Chinese sites.
ive tried using hong kong numbers and setting vpn in hong kong it still doesn't work
