What you can do, and I've done it in the past, is download handbreak and downscale them down from whatever they are at, 8/6/4/2k to something that your device can play them on. Or try another player. I prefer to use skybox as that's the lightest VR playback app I have, but it struggles on the UHQ videos. For those, I bought virtual desktop on steam, (10/10 worth it) and it can play them just fine in UHQ
