That statement is wrong on so many levels...
HIV is not, and never was strictly related to gay/trans people. Actually, there's more chance you'll get infected by straight sex partner, then other way around. HIV does not choose, and it's transferable trough bodily fluids. So, having sex with "ts", as you have said, is in no way riskier then having sex with anyone else. If you want to be protected, either stay in monogamous relationship, or take PREP. And stop talking of transgender girls like that.
