The fact that she does a lot of scenes with other girls is something I personally don't really like, on top of it often seems like you are watching the same thing. Just a 4 some with them in basically the same clothing and just fucking. I would love for her to make some quality B/G or other scenes, especially since she got only hotter with years gone by but if she does it for her security then I can't really blame her for doing that.

But now it looks like there's a new strategy of trying to get more fans to sub in order to access newer stuff sent in DMs which will disappear after a few hours or a day if not an active subscriber

That's strange, I'm personally not a sub to her main account just her free account. On her free account I still have the PPV DM of the vid with Hailey for 20 dollar. So I find it strange if she would then remove it from her paid account.
What I did experience with another creator which also sends out the daily "unlock messages spam" to everybody subbed is that when I bought some things it would disappear not too long after, perhaps also a day max like you are saying. I don't know exactly what is the reason for this happening but looks like either a scam or some kind of bug. Anyway lesson learned, make sure you have the content in case the post gets deleted.

Very likely any DM chatting and wall posts are written by an agency. She has too many fans to realistically be able to talk to everyone herself. She also doesn't seem like the type of person to stay home online for long hours when she could be making new content or having fun doing non-porn stuff. If her greenlight status is always on (online & available) that's also a dead giveaway. She needs to sleep like any other person.
Also frequently promotes other girls which is a big red flag that the agency also manages those pages too. Yes some girls are friends and want to support each other and spread the wealth, but in the end they're all competing with each other for the same fans willing to actually pay for porn (most fans don't) so why promote another girl who might take away earnings from her? The agencies DGAF because they get a cut of every girl's page they manage.
Another thing to make it easier for her agency is this website that lists her content so fans can then DM exactly what they want and the agency can then make the sale ASAP

If you just want to buy content and don't care you're not talking to the real girl it would actually be better if more creators did this; having their content menu available. A real clip store (ManyVids, Clips4Sale, APClips, PornBox, LoyalFans) would be better but too many girls are stubborn and refuse to leave OnlyFans because it's the most popular and has better payouts. They'd only invest time & effort on other platforms if somebody else is willing to do the work for them (for an appealing price) or their earnings on OnlyFans start to dry up and have no choice.
I figured that was probably the case given how her posts are written but she for example doesn't have the online button visible and messages on her free account is restricted to tip only.
I don't blame anyone for having an agency since it's way easier regarding just selling videos and that's it, however it sucks with messaging since even when you pay (tip) you don't get to speak to the real creator at all. I do even wonder how it works for custom requests since it's impossible for an agency to agree with the details on behalf of the content creator (whether it is possible or not.)
On top of that the agencies are just money hungry and don't really care about their customers as long as they can sell you stuff but it is the creator who gets the bad rep.
