All men could potentialy breastfeed because it all has to do with the mammary gland and the pituitary gland. The mammary glands that produce milk are present in all mammals, the most evolved are those of humans in both sexes, we all have nipples suitable for breastfeeding. The mammary glands, to function, must be activated: in women, it usually happens during pregnancy, when the pituitary gland begins to release an hormone called prolactin that serves to promote breastfeeding in all pregnant women. Men also produce small amounts of prolactin, particularly after orgasms and in situations of psychological well-being. The amount of milk produced by men is insufficient for breastfeeding, except in particular psychological situations, when the circumstances of the case urge the mind to produce more hormones. In fact what counteracts the milk production in men is the physiological hormonal balance, but if you break that balance taking female hormones and reaching orgasm, well all those stimuli can make that happen
