I just know I am not alone here in my loathing for the body style of THICC.

Seems today too many modern women go to the gym with a hopelessly imbalanced program, 150 squats to the ratio of 2 press ups and then an hour on the treadmill, 8 times a week, to then come home and munch a mountain of pasta based carbs, the result, is an absolute Chimera of a body consisting of calves like a Gazelle, the thighs of a Bison, the ass of two morbidly obese Baboon's backsides spliced into one, the skinny waist of a Hornet, then we reach the crossroads of no tits at all or a whole load of silicone shit going on, attached thereafter are two slinky noodle style biceps, more or less resembling arms finalising with the head affronted by a vacant stare.

Who else feels this way?!

Well, I wouldn't say I hate it but I definitely dont like it when someone whom I've been following suddenly decides to hop on that wagon because for me I feel like I may have liked the way they have look before and Im just having trouble adjusting to the new adoptive look of what they think all men like?

An example for me would be Meg Turney I guess.

excuse my weird take.

I think this Body Style is the result of social medias, photoshop and the filters in their mobile apps and also the mangas / cosplaying world.
Real beautyness, like shown at the perfect10 mag or thru some photographers that don't retouch 'naturally mistakes' are heros for me like the models themself.

It's just their genetics. Plenty of girls in my gym (powerlifting/strongman focused) hammer more bench and overhead focused work than squat/deadlift focused work but still just end up being bottom heavy. Women need to omit lower body work almost entirely, drop to competition low body fat levels, run a bit more than an anavar cycle and usually put a few cc's of synthol into the lats, delts and pecs in order to have a build that's closer to 'proportionate'.
The alternative is they get built like a stick, or like a fridge. So they're stuck between: Curvy/thicc, basically a boy, or ham planet mode. Most go the first two routes, but if they spend any time in the gym at all they're gonna end up the first route unless they run the aforementioned protocols to combat their genetic disposition for lower body growth.
