lol you would only help close people like if you were close to her then you would try. could also be hard like if you try doing it for months and nothing change you could end up saying to you she doesnt want any help at all keep pushing me away get annoyed and just stop doing it as much.
From my stay, that's similar to how it was. Your opinion didn't matter. You spoke it she would go against (or outright ignore you) it if she didn't like it or pretend to be good buddies if you opinions match. She doesn't keep people that don't agree with her around very long or don't put her first. 100% tries to control the narrative. She did the same when I left. She lied to everyone on stream and came up with a story. Funny thing is even a mod was telling her she was wrong and she just ignore it. Same mod bitched and complained about Dan and her streams for months after the incident, but they still there.
that doesn't surprise me at all i've never experienced it directly but to see everyone saying shes fine to everyone and no one go the other way or they get attack.

It doesn't matter people only have one narrative and they're not going to make an effort to ask questions. I didn't really start questioning everything until bcasa and chilly came in and some of the usuals left with odd excuses. Then you start to uncover the things she said/done in the past that you wanted to believe was for good or in good faith, but was really just manipulation

Used to come around a lot. Flirt with Dan, promise the world to her. She was fixed on the guy couldn't go a stream without I need to ask bcasa this or that. That is until he had a bunch of surgeries and was ill, Chilly swooped in and quickly filled his shoes. I don't think he wanted to compete bank accounts.
I still laugh when I think about when Dan called out Chilly on Twitter when he gifted a shitload of subs to another female streamer. LOL
