I guess that's one theory.

Mine is that there's always a fine line between Lewd/Nude but also Nude/Explicit, and the further you go the further you can't come back from it.

From some interviews and such she did ages ago she said her family was generally okay with the topless stuff but really did not want her to go too far with it. I imagine if a family is supportive to a certain point it can be very beneficial and one might not want to risk that support by going too far. I think the reason for her being in-active is probably coz her grandma isn't well and she's just taking time off.
