Sounds like she is mostly going after the AI stuff on Twitter and not any individual sites yet. Going after stuff on forums would be like Wack-A-Mole. knock one down and three move pop up.
This, it will be an ongoing battle for years trying to win, some of these websites do not give a fk who you are, imo the best she will get is some of the bigger social media platforms cracking down on it, this stuff will still be shared on other lowkey websites
She's a literal billionaire. Money means nothing to her. All she needs to do is sue the fuck out of a few of those sites (using an army of lawyers she can easily afford) and get some kind of HUGE monetary judgement against them. That'll scare most other websites into taking the stuff don't. It won't stop all of it, but she doesn't need to stop all of it.

I am not sure that the US law even supports sueing for this yet. If it isn't monetized, it isn't copywrite. They aren't photos so it wouldn't fall under leaks. The use of AI might make it parody. So not sure what she could sue over till laws change. **I believe this needs to be illegal, but I will enjoy (and feel guilty about it) till it is.
A.I. Quite simply, it's news because A.I. Buzzword = clicks. Fakes are nothing new, but the impending "A.I apocalypse" generates engagement.
Copyright infringement does not require that the infringer is making money off of it. Celebrities have sued and won over use of their likeness in the past. She’ll easily win any lawsuit she brings.
To keep it brief, I suspect any sort of legal challenge to the whole "AI image generation" concept is gonna be won by the "Hey, this thing is largely based on violating copyrights" side, not the side that is probably making a "fair use" argument. Of course, judges can't just slam an undo button and wipe out the ability of people to just run this stuff on their own.
