You mention celebrities not doing what Lisa does but going topless in some form and that reminded me of a few controversies that celebrities got into with the advent of #MeToo and modern-day feminism. For those of you wondering WTF this wall of text is about, the theme is: why do celebrities of any sort, be it a singer/actress or an e-celeb such as Lisa, draw very particular lines around nudity or types of sexual content they will or won't do? The answer, to my mind, revolves around image and perception that others have - the masses - based on that image.
Emma Watson went topless for a photoshoot for a magazine with this netting hanging over her mis-shapen tits - I don't think you could make out nipples or areolae owing to them being Photoshopped out maybe. But she ended up catching shit for going topless from her fellow feminists and she said something in response to the effect of, "I don't see what feminism has got to do with me showing my tits." Similarly, Selena Gomez, who posed artistically nude for her Revival album cover, said in a more recent interview in the past 1-2 years that she regretted the cover because it wasn't in good feminist taste to have done so.
The point I'm trying to make is that female celebrities, today in particular, are very image-conscious about the impact of them going nude will have on that very image - actresses often have final cut privileges over their on-camera nudity because it's in their contract. The "male gaze" is also under so much scrutiny today that we have things like intimacy coordinators and far less general nudity and sex scenes because either the actresses being sought for the roles refuse them or they are being bowdlerized in the scripts for the movies/TV shows to avoid criticisms from critics/society/activists for being little more than pandering to horny men. Unless the person disrobing is a lesser-known actress, an extra, a model or someone that isn't worried about how nudity will affect their career, there will be fewer famous people doing nudity unless it's "for the art". This is done in spite of the fact that there are more men than women and they are also a valuable/coveted part of any audience demographic - i.e. yeah, you don't have to show your tits on principle, but if your show gets canceled because of low viewership, maybe you shoulda taken one for the team? Note that I'm not suggesting that intimacy coordinators are necessarily a bad thing and actors/directors can get carried away (and Harvey Weinstein is a Wank-stain). But most guys like T&A and that'll never stop being a fact - sanitizing media proactively against that is sanctimonious.
OK, where does Lisa factor in? Lisa is a sex worker even if she doesn't want to own up to that. Any kind of sex work is considered taboo/low culture that you would be hard-pressed to see most celebrities doing what Lisa does on camera unless they're comfortable knowing that they're deliberately catering to that huge male demographic that is so vilified for having sex drives. Jennifer Lopez, Cardi B (yes, I know she used to be a stripper/escort) and Nicki Minaj show and do a lot of stuff that strippers and cam models would be comfortable with doing as part of their repertoire - they're also not out there proselytizing and preaching about setting a good example for feminists and so on because they're accommodating (as opposed to catering) the male demographic. Would Selena Gomez be courageous enough to make a song as ballsy as WAP? Or would Emma Watson be willing to work a pole the way Jennifer Lopez has for that movie Hustlers? Probably not, because they're too conscious about their images to want to go that far, knowing men would eat that shit up. Lisa's wading in the sex worker pool and doesn't want to do or show too much because of her future family plans even though she's a sex worker and would make a lot more money giving the customers what they want. She's conscious of her image the same way that celebrities are, but she's straddling a weird line by being on Onlyfans/Fansly and not getting with the program - that Slushy stream being a fantastic example of her not being a team player.
Edit: Sometimes, celebrities recognize that they need that male demographic to promote their shit since their riches are dwindling. See Iggy Azalea, who's pretty much a sex worker now for the sake of promoting her album - she has an Onlyfans even if only for six months. Amouranth probably went almost all-out from being a general cosplayer/Twitch streamer because she knew she would make more money catering to coomers across her various platforms. It's a difficult pill to swallow for a lot of these female streamers, particularly the ones who are more wholesome like Gibi ASMR, but your male audience's main purpose probably isn't to hear you babble about your life's problems while playing video games - they're not all jerking it to your likeness, but their interest is far more carnal/parasocial than it is personally hoping you are doing well in life.
