Right, I made it a point of saying that she could go the MILF route - but I think she's a little too prudish to consider pregnant fetish stuff - if she's concerned in any way about image or what her family thinks of her, I can't see her getting into the latter since that's pretty lurid and could earn her accusations that she got pregnant just to be able to film that type of content and exploiting the situation.
