two of the OF ripper scripts already support DRM videos and if you are used to the scripts you just have to update them. In theory it shouldn't be that much extra work at all to get on board with downloading DRM videos.
HOWEVER... many people depend on the more simplistic browser plug ins to d/l videos individually, and those don't support DRM yet.
