3. some places may block prepaid or debit also some credit cards so try the other two
4. it could be the country you are in does not allow the content

I had an issue like this for imlive i ended up getting it to allow one of my card but its useless because all the content is region locked so cant do anything vpn shows content but you cant purchase it due to it does it by the cards billing country.
