I don't use firefox but should be similar to chrome. settings> extentions> turn on developer mode> load package> choose the recurbate folder that you've extracted. Should install.

* I'm not sure you can install extentions made for chome in firefox tho.
 
Your work on this is greatly appreciated. I am also in the group that cannot get more than a couple percent of the video to download. I’ve played with the percentage boxes but have the same results. Any ideas?

I think it will only work for chrome, edge , brave, chromium based browsers, I'm new to making extensions, so I don't know if it will work on firefox

I think you need to have a free recurbate account otherwise they kill your download
 
i've seen ppl complaining about hls format, have u guys tried Format Factory? does it work or nah? is hls bad? i actually don't know lol pls help ty :peepoShy:
 
From what I got of the download it would start off slow like how you would expect a large file would go and then around the 30% it will ramp up in download speed and will finish the download. But out of the whole video it only saved like 6 mins worth. Thats with a logged out account.

You're making the same mistake that I was. You need to be logged in. Once I logged it, it worked perfectly. It's slower than previous download methods, but that's not a complaint. It works which is what is important.

You mean logged in but not subbed right? And If I'm logged in, would it not limit me to just a single play regardless of me using a vpn?

Logged into my free Recurbate account while using VPN. Download works. When complete, change VPN location, and download another. I've never done more than 2 in a day yet because of time.
 
There are problems with Recurbate again, it broke down again.When you try to download a video, the "index" file is downloaded.What's it?
 
Can't get videos more than 3gb using VDH with free recurbate account. Please
help. It wasn't doing this before up until a couple weeks ago.

I tried two .ts download methods, and then tried several methods of converting .mp4/.mkv with ffmpeg. The final results were 1:03:16 in duration, 22+fps.

Very curious to know if the direct download .mp4 follows the 1:03:34 duration labeled on the recu page?

Prepaids should be more than fine for stuff like this. They normally work for this stuff but they gotta be loaded with the amount needed plus what ever "test" amount they want to do as a "Your card is real" so they will get money. The refund on that amount can take a bit to go back in. So if you have only that sub amount then it can pop up as declined.

I was going to try the vanilla Visa prepaid card, but the site says that they don't accept prepaids. The website also requires an address upon payment with the card and prepaids don't have addresses. I'm in 🇨🇦 so the prepaids might be different from 🇺🇲. Anyone else with some advice?
