The low resolution thing bothers me the most. You sell pictures of yourself for a living, you really can't take the 2 seconds to figure out how to change the quality setting on whatever device (camera, phone, etc) to something better? That seems like the bare minimum.
i think a lot of the time it's on purpose so you can't zoom in
