My take on this is that it's a control thing. If she's the older or more experienced one, she can feel more comfortable with being in control of the situation. With how skittish she is, that seems like the most logical thing, IMHO.
I believe she also mentioned on one of her twitter accounts (forget which one since she has 3 now...) that the dude is out of frame in the sex vids because he's a virgin, so that's probably another factor. Just gives her an excuse to cut the guys out for whatever reason.
