Olly's an exhibitionist with inhibitions. She finds the idea of getting naked in front of people really hot, but ideas and practice aren't always the same, and she has built up actually doing the thing into a big deal in her head. Ain't nothing anyone can say that will change that. Personally I disagree with the "worried people will lose interest" and think it's more so that the presented product is as much effort as she's willing to put into the stream. It's very low effort on production (no mods, tip menu, no updated hardware despite being top of CB every day she's on) and she'll just disappear for weeks at a time for what I perceive to be "meh i don't feel like it".
In a way, that makes it seem more genuine, like it's actually her running the stream and not some external agency type deal. That ends up being a double edged sword though, as the same thing that draws viewers in (personable and feels 'real') causes that twinge of disappointment or frustration when not getting the 'real shit' to feel more personal to those same viewers.
That's what I mean, though. She isn't streaming for charity, but it's hard to believe it's a calculated effort to maximize earnings when there are a number of other routes that would accomplish that far more with little effort. If you were to make a guide to making money on CB, it would be something like:
1. Invest in equipment. A $100 camera and a $30 ring light will go a long way.
Olly: film on the 70p native camera of a Motorola flip phone from 2003, using dim lighting rarely seen out of hostage videos or Blair Witch knock-offs.
2. Maintain a consistent schedule so that people know when you will be on.

4. Use your stream to drive traffic to secondary revenue sources, like OF or MV.

5. On days when you have particularly good crowds, use ticket shows or larger goals to increase earnings.
Olly: repeatedly tell the room that there are too many people and a couple thousand of them need to leave, then get weirded out, put on a parka, and then leave herself.

Everyone here has a valid point but, none of my commentary has anything to do with money. I'm saying she has blatantly led thousands of men on for a year straight. There's a sad element of addiction in viewers hoping night after night it'll finally happen. And she completely feeds off that addiction in a malevolent manner. For a while in the summer I tried to watch every stream. Eventually I realized watching 3hrs of teasing was idiotic and a complete waste of time. Trying to convince viewers not to tip or stop watching is not my place and would prove to be pointless. Since apparently she watches this thread, I made a plea to her to piss or get off the pot and finally get naked.
Alternatively, it's free entertainment because you are under no obligation to give her money nor is there anything really gained for giving her money. Nothing is paywalled, so the only thing spent is time. And if you are, of your own free will, spending your time on something that you do not enjoy, that is a you thing, not a her thing. I don't like opera, and so I don't watch opera. I don't write screeds about how opera would be better if it was a full-contact sport with helmets and pads, even though objectively it would be and everyone knows it.
