I think it's probably an ai generated face using a real face as a reference point. And like the Olivia Casta account, the quality is pretty good. A lot of the photos don't pass the smell test in subtle ways that are difficult to articulate.
In this one, the noise and color tones don't really match between the head and the body.
Like RayRoze (though not as egregious), there's sometimes a weird look to the eyes and face where like, the render resolution of the eyes and face seem to be of a slightly lower resolution than the rest of the photo, or the lighting and color tone is off in a way that doesn't look quite right to my brain.
We're probably like, five years away from no one being able to tell unless the user creates something that doesn't look human.
