DickgirlDaedalus here is a method I use to piece together files using ffmpeg:
In folder with ffmpeg.exe, create a text file.
Name the text file 'videos' (without quotations)
Open it and inside paste:
# videos.txt
file 'part1.mp4'
file 'part2.mp4'
file 'part3.mp4'
Replace 'part1.mp4' etc with your file names (keep the quotation marks in your text file however). I'd recommend renaming the files to match the example to lessen the risk of errors.
Now use the command below to combine the files:
ffmpeg -f concat -i videos.txt -c copy output.mp4
mp4 was the example format but it should work with any of the usual suspects.
