Lebanese is everyone's guess. Did she ever talk about this? As far as I know, she never mentioned it.

The one thing that makes me doubt she is LGBTQ is back in April she made homophobic statements on TIkTok.
LGBTQ groups came after her. They clearly didn't see her as one of their own. She easily could have said she is bisexual or lesbian and she couldn't be homophobic. It was the easiest out ever. But she didn't. She addressed it by making another homophobic joke on TikTok.
