I do think that generally speaking people seem to give Vixen a bit less credit than it deserves. Our eyes are so spoiled with cinema that we continue to crave more and expect more. But make no mistake about it, Vixen uses Red cameras, same ones used in many Hollywood films. And their production is always top notch, or as extravagant as pornography can be produced. Sometimes, they fly models out to expensive locations for a single video shoot. Now I'm sure it's a for profit company just like the rest, but it does put a lot more effort into production for sure. Insofar as porn can be considered art, Vixen has to be the peak. I didn't know about the suing bit, that's very interesting. It's hard to detect any abuse in that deeper scene tbh given the nature of how Deeper brands itself as rougher than normal. And that Dupree guy was more or less like that in every other scene. But yeah porn in general is full of weirdos and scumbags. I've heard about the Dupree stuff a lot from too many people, but some person close to her also said that she had a shoot planned with Louie Smalls for Blackedraw but they cancelled it coz he was being a creep or she felt very uncomfortable. I haven't heard about the Jason Luv stuff but she was apparently also not comfortable during the Rob Piper shoot and you can even see tears running down her face in the final video.

Iirc initially the contract with Blacked was 3 scenes for 30k which she did. And sudden hard thrusts can happen accidentally they just edit around it, just go back and watch the video you can see it's edited a lot. there could be many other reasons. Her first blacked scene was with Jason Luv. I agree, Vixen Network is too professional to allow misconduct. Apart from that Dupree guy I never alluded to unprofessionalism, I've been saying from the beginning she simply couldn't handle big dicks. She even mentions in that Dave Rock podcast that she was very sore after the first Blacked shoot and she tried to shoot a Blackedraw shoot the next day which had to be scrapped.

With that said I actually also have to disagree with some opinions in this thread saying that her scenes are boring/vanilla etc. She was thoroughly fucked in every single one of her 8 BG scenes tbh. It's just Mia is bigger and taller than your typical actress and so the roughness just fails to register with people. If she was petite the impact would be felt undoubtedly. Her Johnny Sins scene is really good coz she takes a lot of initiative in it, same for the Freddy Gong one where she is in control a lot. I think people find the rest of her scenes vanilla coz she's very passive in them

Nice point man ! Mia is bigger & taller more like Supermodel standards. Like for example u can take Bella Rolland, her blackedraw scene with Rob Piper makes him look small. I think Mia should have done scenes with Louie Smalls or Dredd or Mandingo then it wud look more raw. I personally think a raw OF scene or two with Manuel cud have eased her into hardcore fucking.
