The creator explained it very clearly. Install Python > Open Notepad > Copy and Paste Script > Save As "exif.py" > Hold Shift then Right Click in the folder > Open Powershell > Enter command "pip install Pillow" > Close Powershell > Double click exif.py > Copy directory > Right click inside the window > Press enter.

Although some time has passed, I can recommend using WSL to be able to use the tools on a Windows 10/11
