If the photo is a screencap from a 90x90 vid with awful bitrate and such dim lighting, it will be hard to spot such a light mark.
It's not that bad, the quality of thumbs is between 360/480p, you should still be able to see her belly or chest marks. The only way to be sure is to download it, but the download link bizarrely just redirects to google.com for me. Does it work for anyone else? I'm not sure how the site operates also if you pay per video or for a month or whatever.
