i've thought about these situations in length for a while now, A few good creators know that agency's are just pimps, are predatory and essentially there's no benefit to them, they just want to make money off the creators hard work and already well established following, none of them go for creators with small followings and help them build a community, they just go for women that are already big and in many cases take such a large cut of their money. But it really makes me wonder how honest they are with the women, do the creators see how much money they make per month and how much of it goes to the agency? Also the agency now has access to a large portion of their content which they could hoard themselves, who's to say they arent sending content to themselves for free? One thing i thought of is what if some of them are threatening the women, like "if you leave our agency we'll leak everything" type deal. I hate Management agencies to my core.
