Yeah, almost guaranteed. But I like the look, and never mind plastic bimbo aesthetic, so the fakeness really doesn't bother me at all.

Technically speaking, her training aims to gain muscle, and contribute nothing to her body fat.
I would hope that she will turn some of the fat into muscle or just lose weight from the training. But she already have a good fan base so she can't change her body too much either.
