Something does seem slightly off on the left side of her face under her eye, I can't tell if it's just makeup or if it's makeup covering something. And it also doesn't look the same on the other side. Her lip does look split or dry? also.
What happened on her day/night off? At what point do we have to worry something is going on?
Was she acting differently last night?
I see the part that may possibly be a small black eye, but it could also be her makeup done poorly or not completely to cover the under eye bags or dark circles from her heavy drinking past, and its just showing through the light. The lip part could be from lip injections or where she was chewing on them like she does constantly, or both where she was gnawing on them after filler. Shadows do strange things but the lips are definitely something.
Like Fuzzy said, it’s just bad makeup and lip filler. Some people are as bad as her simps on here with being concerned over nothing. Not that abuse would be okay, but trust me, she’s not seeing anyone if she’s not getting something out of it too. If there is anything she’s hiding it’s because she got drunk and fell, nothing inflicted by someone else
Plus with AVNs coming up she's probably just had lip filler redone so it can heal before that

Looking close at the pics under her left eye, just under her eyeliner, you can see a red spot. And the noticable spilt(or whatever) on her lip is on the same side. I can see what your talking about as the other side of her face doesn't look the same even with her makeup on.
It does look like she has a new bruise on her arm on that same side, maybe she did fall(drinking) or maybe she did it while she was working out?
Hopefully, that's all that happened.

She could've fallen down on her face after being too drunk. Could've smack herself in the eye. I don't think it's any type of Abuse or anything.
Cause her eye would be far worse if she got punched or shoved into something. Unless there's a ton more make-up.
This could 100% be botox swelling as well. If Katie went and got lip fillers it is entirely possible she's getting botox injections in her face, which could cause such reactions too. Honestly without makeup we will never know or even have a good clue but my guess would be botox over any form of physical abuse or trauma.
Fits with her day off on Sunday. Could've had some swelling from the injections
Eyes look fine. You are just used to a lot of makeup. So now a normal eye looks weird. (Where's that picture of her with no makeup?)
Mark on her cheek is just cheekbone shadow or "contour makeup"

I still can’t believe that picture is actually her or even more so, that her hairdresser would do her so dirty and post it
when some girls say it takes them hours to do makeup, I don’t really believe it, with her I believe it
I found the "no" makeup picture and you can see she was wearing a lot of foundation in it actually any way because her body is a very different color.
I still don't think she looks like "shit" but just definitely very different without the extreme eye makeup and eye lash strips.
I also do not think she ever needed lip filler! I would guess seeing yourself that much makes you hyper critical. Then the more you change to look hotter, the more it becomes your new base line and the normal you looks "bad"
