I can give you some info about release date after looking for some old videos.

The old videos first appeared on the website libertines2france.com started in late 2008, and soon after the website indecentes-voisines.com.

The videos are numbered according to their release and have the same number on libertines2france.com and indecentes-voisines.com.

For example, the Lilou videos you posted above? They are Video 3077 and Video 3078.

Libertines2france is now taken down, but you can still find the old videos by using waybackmachine!:

And on the old libertines2france pages you can see the release date! Video 3077 is dated 10-09-2012.

You can find any video just by changing the video number and putting the link in the waybackmachine. The links are all the same format:

Many times the same performer will have 2-3 videos right after each other, or near each other. Like Lilou has 3077 and 3078.

Libertines2france.com had from Video 1 (in 2008) to Video 4269 (in 2014). After 4269 the website was taken down and they shifted to indecentes-voisines and JMTV. But on JMTV the video numbers are NOT the same as previously. This can be confusing.

Btw you can also use waybackmachine to find the old videos on indecentes-voisines.com, all the way back from 2008. In this way you can find description of all the old videos and performer names. Example, again here is Lilou:

I post a lot of stuff there that sometimes takes a while to post here.

If you don't have a video number, you have to use the waybackmachine in certain way to actually find the video. Also some video numbers on libertines2france.com are not available or were not archived.

Also for some reason I have not found any videos numbered between 1487-1975. There is a big gap and then the videos start again.

This was one of the big videos used to promote the L2F and indecentes-voisines.com website and its easy to see why. Jessie is a young Australian and in the video she gets into some nasty anal with an old french guy. Although description says she's a tourist, I suspect she was actually a foreign student, because Im 99% sure of one other video where the performer they called "tourist" was actually a foreign student.

Anyway, its a great scene. According to L2F description this video was filmed on 22.07.2009.
