dose deleting the MODEL HASH in the 'Override settings' dose something?

sometimes after i try to switch back and forth between models or use LORAS with my prompts it seems like the SD model get stuck/confuse and i start to get only bad results...

deleting the MODEL HASH, and resting the program seems to fix this i think...
dose this happens to anyone else? do u know what cusses this behavior in the first place?
