I had to add the half command thing due to an error with using an AMD GPU when doing this.
It seems to be working fine, but it takes far too long(like 10mins for 1 image)
Is there any work around this, or am I just fucked for having AMD card?

I have a 6700XT and it works just fine. What size image are you trying to create?
This extension lets you run a benchmark:
Results are here - if you filter to your graphics card then you can see what others are getting with that card. If your benchmark results are much lower then you can probably improve things by tweaking some settings, but if you're getting around the same as others then it might be down to the card
Yeah my card is way slower then other cards of same type on that site. But nearly all of the AMD users are using Linux it seems, using SB on windows seems to really want Nvidia
I'm running Windows 11, an intel CPU and AMD 6700 XT.
I used the Automatic1111 install guide for AMD:

I didn't edit any file from that install guide except webui-user.bat. Here's the content of my batch file. Took a bit of poking around.

that has helped, thanks alot. I think i was reading two guides at same time(one told me to do the -no torch thing) but that forced it on CPU so that gave very slow renders. Then I saw another AMD guide that said to do lowvram which was faster, as on GPU but still slow renders. and now with your medvram its alot faster. Not ideal but far improved. Though I can feel my GPU nearly melting, its showing its age with the VRAM I think
What exactly is the difference between installing S.D. via the Docker Desktop vs. natively? I'm guessing Docker Desktop is some kind of virtual machine just for an S.D. installation? If I choose to install it natively on my PC can S.D. be "turned off" or does it not really use resources when not in use? Native install seems easier but I don't want SD to be running all the time draining my PCs resources. Any guidance/clarification here?
Someone who knows more will have better input, but yes far as Im aware the docker is just an extra step if you want to do it that way, having it all run in its own self contained sort of virtual install. You can just run it normally on your PC, with just installing git, phyton and downloading the webui folder thing and running it from there. Im not really sure why the docker guide is needed.
SD will just run in CMD whenever you run it using the bat file to start the webui, closing it closes it. Its quite simple.
Also does anyone have good luck with or models/tips for getting good pussys and assholes?

Basically how can I get rid of the annoying chest shadows? This is just one example of MANY for me. Happens multiple times during every generation and no prompt I've tried has ever fixed it..

I followed this tut back in March and everything worked flawlessly and looked natural even with the default model/settings. After re-installing on W11 most of my attemps even with the same pictures look very off, sometimes alien-like. Should I do anything differently now that it's updated?
Yes an 8GB Nvidia card is fine for inpainting, and creating images. You might have issues with training loras or models and that sort of stuff, but you can use google collab for that when needed.
You use --xformers argument when running, and an 8GB card can do alot then.
If you were AMD you would have troubles but on a 40xx series nvidia you be fine.
