SDXL is awful for any nudity really, and its inpainting is terrible compared to 1.5
There has been a few checkpoints in the last few months that have been making progress but they are all bad at inpainting and really just not good compared to 1.5. That with controlnet never getting rolling or working correctly with it means it never caught on like 1.5 did.
And now SD3 is on the horizon and looks more censored and less customizing then XL by another leap. I think the days of local and censor free AI have been at its peak with 1.5 and will never get close to that summit again. SD are going bankrupt too and have been making big changes at the top and firing alot of people.

If there's still any interest in a facial inpainting img2img tutorial, i suppose i could make one someday. Heres some of my work.(its not the best, but i enjoy it and it involves stable diffusion and photoshop).
Is there any way to load non-inpainting models using the custom model download? I've tried loading them using download links from civitai but they end up throwing errors and not refreshing in the webui...
