you will have more control in the colab running automatic1111 ui instead of using a service like this
also they have nsfw filter on their free version which may have cause it for you to get random results

On first time starting check the "null model" checkbox for faster startup. If you don't check it, a large model file will be downloaded, which you won't be using, only uncheck after downloading the model from the code i provide
As for changing the region, I don't see any impact on responsiveness at all.

Yeah, they do but you can't install your own though. There are around 60 models to choose from

Can you provide screenshots of it?, also after downloading you would need to select the model manually inside of the UI
