Who doesn't love oddly perfect spheres with misplaced nipples? Her complete disregard for her natural boobs to replace them with whatever she has now is commendable. Honestly, I think Hannah's boob job is...fine. It was a high-end boob job though, so honestly I do feel like she was kinda scammed. I think Hannah's tits when she started out were fucking perfect, but then she lost a ton of weight and her boobs ended up looking like pancakes with moles on them.

Wasn't hers done under the muscle? That's why they don't look like somebody threw two big stress balls at her chest. It healed alright, but to each their own. As for Alice Delish, I'd probably have to go to her thread to talk about the drastic change she underwent.
I actually have no idea, and was assuming over because they sort of do have that kind of profile, but I haven't read or looked into which one she got. It is actually quite hard to find any good "direct comparison" of the different types before and after photos that can help with a guess, because women tend to get one or the other and not both, and they do it for anatomical reasons - can't really compare them on the same body, and I'm honestly not sure of any reliable "tells" on a patient who isn't old or out of shape to start with, or a bodybuilder with 0 fat who doesn't want to interfere with the muscle growth (they go over quite often).
